Hello
Welcome to my practice. As a dedicated art therapist, mother, and nurse, I firmly believe in the therapeutic power of creativity. With my nursing and personal experiences in mental health, I am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate their journeys of personal growth and face life’s challenges. Together, we will explore the transformative potential of art to help you find your path to wellness.
My Story
I was born in the charming wilderness of rural NSW, where my life was a delightful mix of trauma and art—talk about a duo! My Nanna and Mum, sparked my creative fire with their artistic talent and Steiner influence, giving us a colourful education that was anything but boring. Fast forward to my early adulthood, and I found myself grappling with some serious mental health hiccups, including a longstanding eating disorder, depression, PTSD, and even a suicide attempt—who knew life could be such a rollercoaster? But hey, art hoped in like a superhero (along with all the other superheroes in my treating team), helping me express all the chaotic thoughts and feelings I couldn’t put into words. Now over twelve years later, on a mission to help others unleash their inner artist (or stick figures) with paintbrushes, crayons, and glue sticks—let's get creative and laugh, cry or dance a little along the way!
