Our one-on-one art therapy sessions are ideal those experiencing mental health struggles, grief, stress, self-identity shifts and significant life challenges. Led by our trained clinician, these 1-hour sessions utilize a variety of art mediums, welcoming individuals aged 16 and over, regardless of artistic skill. Group Sessions
We welcome you to participate in our engaging group sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours across a 6-week term, limited to 12 participants. These sessions are ideal for those interested in self-discovery while experimenting with a vast range of art supplies. Take part in a combination of independent and collaborative activities, all designed to promote therapeutic benefits. Under the guidance of a clinician trained in psychotherapy, you’ll experience a nurturing atmosphere that encourages creativity, self-awareness and growth.



Online Sessions
Experience the healing of art therapy from the comfort of your own home with our online-sessions. Just like face-to-face individual therapy, our virtual sessions provide a structured layout and theraputic goals, allowing you to explore your unique journey through non-verbal expression. Perfect for those living in remote areas, limited access to transportation or simply not quite up to leaving the house. These online sessions, alongside our qualified psychotherapist, create a safe and supportive environment where healing and self-expression come together.
